Refund Policy
POLYDIGM cue tips are small-batch polyurethane products made for experimental performance use. If something is wrong, we want to make it right.
Order issues
If there is a manufacturing defect, fulfillment mistake, damaged shipment, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Used or installed tips
Because cue tips are installed, shaped, sanded, chalked, and played differently by each customer, used or installed tips are generally not returnable unless there is a clear defect.
Refunds and replacements
Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion depending on the issue. We may request photos or order details before approving a replacement or refund.
Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
